Today could have been a bad day for the Challenge. I woke up late, slept right through the alarms (by staying up WAY too late the night before) so there was no morning workout. When this happened I thought for sure I would be replacing my day of rest with exercise again. This didn’t make me happy.

When I came home in the evening I actually had enough time to get a workout in before dinner. I did skimp a bit here and there but I still did do something. Almost hit the calorie target. Just really hope I haven’t negatively impacted myself. Wednesday is a weigh in day and I want to at least have lost a pound. It’s not too much to ask for, just hope I did everything right.

Day of rest tomorrow. Day of smart decisions. Please, let me make the right decisions. I really want at least a pound. Just 1 will be enough to keep me happy.
