I haven’t written anything in here for a while… again.
The thing that gets me is that there is actually plenty that I would normally like to write about. I don’t know who in the world would even be interested in reading about it, but just the same at least 100 stupid things traverse the synapsis of my mind that I wouldn’t mind putting the virtual pen to virtual paper and cranking out a few of them. Then I finally sit down, prepare to type, and find myself staring into the great white void that the text box I type this in to suddenly becomes.
After looking at the great white void I then start to ponder the things that my daughter has done so far that day to amuse me, entertain me, remind me why it is silly to question the meaning of life and just enjoy the process of it instead. She can do really simple things and they just come across as adorable and amazing. An example of such was just told to me by my wife.
After picking her up and getting home my 2 and a half year old bundle of wonder saw her new Giggle and Tickle Curious George sitting on the couch. Instantly she bursts out, “George! Hi George! I love you George!”
See, something incredibly simple and hearing the story just melted my heart all over again.
You may think, “So what?” My guess is if you ask the question you might not be a parent.
I’ll try to write down some of my silly musings so that tomorrow I can offer up some semi-paradoxical gibberish that might be entertaining.
