Look, I’m not going to lie to you, yesterday was a bad day. To be a little more concise last night was a bad night. I have no idea why but I wasn’t able to go to sleep until about 3:30 AM. While I was up, trying every trick I had to not be up, I finally gave in and had some of my home made chicken noodle soup. When I say some I mean two bowls of it. Interestingly enough after I had the soup I was finally tired enough to go to sleep.

I’m not happy about the extra calories so late/early in the day (depending on your perspective) but at least my chicken noodle soup is made with healthy in mind. Whole grain pasta, fat free broth, etc. etc. I had more than enough calories though so trying to justify having the soup won’t fly.

When I did finally get out of bed I went head first into the EA Sports Active workout. Knee was no real pleasure. Really getting annoyed by this.
